Bids to take on Batchwood Hall

The Herts Advertiser St Albans recently ran an article updating on the future of Batchwood Hall. A 35-year lease had been awarded a pub and hotel group but they went out of business. The council is in a new round of selection for who should take on the building and for what purpose.
